SoCal Cosmetics is a B2B contract and private-label cosmetic manufacturer. We work with independent beauty brands, emerging skincare entrepreneurs and private-label businesses that need a dependable partner to produce their products.
Our catalog of 79 formulation concepts covers body butters, lotions, hand and foot care, facial skincare, lip care, scrubs, oils and balms, cleansers, hair and scalp care and specialty products. Each concept is a starting point that we adapt with you: ingredients, texture, fragrance and packaging.
We are not a consumer cosmetics retailer. Every product we make is made for a brand partner.

91% of our catalog is built on shea butter, mango butter or both, complemented by cocoa butter, coconut oil, jojoba, aloe vera and botanical oils. We know how these ingredients behave, and how to shape them into the textures your customers will love.
